He is amazing and he can do everything. He is a carpet cleaner and used to work for the carpeting cleaning company I use and he is so loyal to the owner that he will clean carpets for any of his clients. He also does an amazing job on windows and he even cleaned out my gutters and washed my house before my daughter?s wedding. He is big and strong and can lift things and even has ladders that can go up 20 feet and has done amazing things. I have terracotta floors and we had painters that put tape on the floors which lifted the finish of it. I called Julio Lopez because he was recommended by the owner of my carpet cleaning company 3 years ago. He was honest and said that he would not touch it and that it would bee uneven if he put more glaze on it. He will tell you when he cannot do something. I have a 4,000 square foot house and he charged me $400 and he had a team of 3 guys and I thought the price was reasonable for the job that they did. He did stucco very quickly and did a good job and did not leave a mess. He said he is primarily a painter and he painted my fence and did an amazing job, and I love him.
