+ -1 moreThe locksmith was unable to open front door lock, but was able to open side door lock. A very surly and unpleasant person.
Description of Work: The locksmith opened the side door to a locked house, allowing entry.

+ -1 moreVictor arrived on time, performed the work quickly, and had reasonable prices. My only complaint is that I couldn't pay with a credit card.
Description of Work: Locks that we did not have a key for we're drilled off and replaced. 3 other locks we're serviced and re-keyed.

+ -1 moreWITH LOCKS AND KEYS THEY ARE FINE. THE TWO GUYS THAT OWN THE PLACE I'VE KNOWN AND USED FOR 30 YEARS, OTHERWISE I WOULD BE GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DON'T THINK THAT THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE THAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH.
Description of Work: THEY CHANGED SOME LOCKS TO CONFORM TO CITY ORDINANCES. THEY CHANGE LOCKS NOW AND THEN WHEN WE GET NEW TENANTS.

+ -1 moreI WANTED TO GET A COUPLE OF EXTRA KEYS MADE FOR A LATE-MODEL CAR AND DIDN'T THINK IT WOULD BE A BIG DEAL. I WENT TO THREE OTHER LOCKSMITHS BEFORE FINDING THE LOCK & KEY CLINIC. THEY HAD THE KEY IN STOCK AND MADE COPIES WHILE I WAITED.
