J Marble Restoration

I had Jose and J Marble out to our house over a month ago now. We needed the kitchen floor cleaned and all the grout cleaned and filled in/replaced where needed. For the most part, they did a good job in cleaning the floor, that said, a few days later, on closer inspection there were two spots that they missed. The grout, which I was more excited for, was horrible. There are still numerous places that don't have grout or the grout is severely discolored and needed to be replaced. I have e-mailed Jose 5 times since then to have him come back a take a look to see how we can get it finished and he has not answered me even one time. Be very careful when working with him and QCC their work closely before paying him. I will not use them again.

Jose Cruz bid job and was there the first day and rarely saw him again except when he wanted payment.HE PAID NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND COME TO FIND OUT DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE PEOPLE HE HAD WORKING ON JOB. THE WORKERS SAID THEY HAD JUST MEET JOSE CRUZ. WHEN ASKED FOR PROOF OF INSURANCE JOSE CRUZ REFUSED. 1)COMPLETELY WRONG COLORED GROUT FOR WHITE SUBWAY TILE BACKSPLASH 2)INSTALLED TILE INCORRECTLY REQUIRING REMOVAL OF TILE AND PLACEMENT OF NEW TILE COST OVER $2500 DOLLARS TO REMOVE AND REPLACE TILE 3)LEFT EDGES NOT FINISHED ON TILE 4) PLACED THRESHOLDS WITH EXPOSED SCREWS STICKING OUT 5) PLACE WHITE MARBLE TILE MIXED SOME DIFFERENT TILE THAT HE CHANGED FOR TILE I PURCHASED AND BLAMED IT ON THE VARIATIONS OF MARBLE. WENT TO FLOOR AND DECOR AND PURCHASED SAME TILE AS I DID BEFORE AND NO DRASTIC VARIATION AS HE CLAIMED AND IT IS COMMON PRACTICE TO SET ASIDE OUTLIERS OF TILE THAT HAVE GREAT VARIATION OR NOT ESTHETICALLY A MATCH AND RETURN. 6) JOSE CRUZ HAS THREATEN ME AND HARASSED ME. JOSE CRUZ EVEN CAME TO MY FRONT DOOR WITH A PIECE OF WOOD THRESHOLD SLAPPING AGAINST HIS OPEN PPALM AS HE YELLED AND SCREAM WITH WIFE BEWARE OF JOSE CRUZ J NARBLE RESTORATION OR JJ MARBLE RESTORATION.
