+ -1 moreWent into the showroom to pick and purchase my plumbing fixtures. The salesman spent a lot of time with us, told us that they were in stock and would arrive in three days. I hired the plumber for installation and then was told by Ferguson that the items were not in stock and would have to wait another week for the parts. I had to cancel the plumber last minute, literally 30 minutes before. I figure that they could have called me to tell me that the part were not in stock before the day of pick up. Also requested Swanstone and CaesarStone quotes, never called back or followed up.
Description of Work: Purchased Grohe shower fixtures.
