Cadillac Glass and Mirrors

The guys left my house in an absolute mess, with dust and filth all over my countertops, and worse yet they chipped the counters. The owner then refused to take any responsibility, even after I showed him photos of the mess and damage.

In 2002 I re-modelled my bathroom. Cadilla Glass manufactured and installed my thick glass shower door and enclosure. This service was well done. Nine years later, in 2011, the rubber gaskets between the glass and the hinges began to deteriorate, causing the door to become dangerously out of alignment and posing a potential major collapse. I went to the Cadillac Glass office and said I would pay for them to come and replace the gaskets and reset the door. I agreed to pay they're stated fee of $250. I was told they would call to make an appointment for service in the next day or two. A week later, still no call. So back to the store I went, and was assured that I would be called back within a few days. Another week passed, no phone call, so I called them. Again, I was told they would call to schedule an appointment that week. A week later, still no call. So again, I called, got the same person, who told the same lie: he would schedule and call me in the next few days. That was over two weeks ago, and I have now engaged another company to do the repairs. Cadillac Glass has become a very disreputable, unreliable business. I would advise against using them for any glass service.

THIS COMPANY ALSO REPLACED GLASS IN A BEDROOM WINDOW, THEY WERE QUICK AND REASONABLE. I HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE THE BEST PRICE WHEN SHOPPING AROUND THIS AREA.
