Description of Work: Reverse mortgage process required that I paint the house, which required that I test for lead paint, which turned out to be positive, which turned a simple paint job into an EPA hazard remediation project. There are a dozen wrong ways to approach this, but only one right way. Bibian is an EPA-certified renovator and they did it the right way. I am very pleased with the results.
