+ -1 morePurchased all appliances for a remodel. Unit sat empty for a year before it was sold. New dishwasher leaked. Huge run around about honoring the appliance. Almost had to sue before they relented and replaced unit. The most offensive part was not the run around, but the outright lying (the right hand didn't know what the left hand was saying). Just a dishonorable outfight, at least int his instance.

+ -1 moreThey have reasonable prices and a good selection. I was able to get all the top line appliances from one place. The delivery was on time and coordinated. They were also helpful with the warranty services.
Description of Work: I bought a range, a refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher range for a kitchen remodel.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY DID THE JOB, AND IT HASN'T FAILED. THEY DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THE GIRL WHO SETS THE SCHEDULES WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WHATEVER SHE SAID, THEY DID. SHE SAID THE GUY WOULD BE HERE AT 3:30, AND HE WAS HERE AT 3:30. THE TECHNICIAN WAS CLEAN. THEY HAD TO MOVE THE MACHINE OUT OF THE ALCOVE, AND HE ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE MACHINE AND MOVED IT WITHOUT SCRATCHING OUR FLOORS.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED A COUPLER ON A WASHING MACHINE.
