Eric was early for the appointment and very courteous. He accomplished the task with minimum fuss and even fixed a clogged drain for me. I have found that Zierman Plumbing is very accommodating and go out of their way to help. That is why I have given them a 5 out of 5 rating and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

Never showed. 11am appointment, got a call at 12:45 saying they were running late, still never showed. Called them at 2:30 and they said they showed up and were turned away. Complete and total lie. Ended up wasting an entire day for a no show appointment and they wanted me to reschedule. Why would I reschedule with them when their employees lie about showing up to appointments?

Tech was there about 30 minutes/ shower is working but still leaks/ toilet flodded house 20 minutes after he left ,he had some personal errins he needed to run,don’t think he could have pulled away from house any faster

Joe from Zierman is so wonderful! Home Depot could not install the new washing machine I bought for my mother because the old hoses from the old washing machine were frozen over (calcification). I had less than 48 hours to get a plumber to fix this, so Home Depot could install the new machine. I could not be there in person to help my mother get this fixed. So, I had to rely on reviews online to find a plumber - Zierman Plumbing had great reviews, so I called. So glad I did. I explained my situation to Joe and he was so kind and was able to give me an idea of what to expect for the job and an estimate over the phone. And, he was available to go to my mother's house within the hour. Joe was able to fix the problem quickly and for a reasonable price. It was exactly what he had explained over the phone and quoted me. It was such a comfort to me (not being able to be there with my elderly mother), to have Joe there to repair the plumbing problem. Joe was so honest and nice and my mother was very comfortable having him in her house. I recommend Joe and Zierman Plumbing for any plumbing issues in the area. Zierman arrived within 2 hours of calling on Tuesday morning (thank goodness to a cancelled appointment). The installer was professional from every perspective. Hot water was running by noon.

My wife and I were in the process of replacing the kitchen faucet when we ran into an issue with one of the shutoff valves. During the process of removing the faucet, a valve hose was cracked and needed to be replaced. We decided that we would do the valve replacement ourselves but were unable to remove the old one. Since we were already past the point of no return, we were unable to turn the water back on to the house and had to call a plumber. Chuck Woodard arrived promptly and went above and beyond to solve our issue. Not only did he replace the valve in question, he went the extra mile to replace two additional valves underneath the sink. He was very upfront with costs, had a pleasant disposition, and was informative along the way. We would absolutely recommend Zierman Plumbing, and already have plans to call them out for additional work.

2 nice guys arrived on short notice on a weekend day. They were able to fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.

They couldn't make the first appointment but showed up first thing in the morning the next day. Randy showed up and gave me a quick estimate; should take no more than an hour and half. He came back later that same day to start working. I took off on my road bike and left him to work. I got back in just under an hour expecting to see him still going strong. He was done installing and started cleaning out the system. 3 buckets of water later and he was done. Took an hour for the whole thing. Professional installation, great guy, finished the job faster than his estimate. Would defiantly use them again.

Randy came to estimate the work. We talked options for the water line. I was specific on the type of faucet valve and piping I wanted. I thought the estimate was a little high but the company was well rated so I scheduled the service. Randy arrived with help to do the work. He checked with me on the location of the water softener and the faucet line. He would have completed the work in a day, but the water softener was missing a part. The part was ordered and Randy arrived the next day to complete the install. Although I haven't been able to use the softener yet, everything appears to be working fine. The copper joints were soldered cleanly. He cleaned up the area after he completed the job. Very nice and informative guys. He told me to call him and he would install my dryer when I moved in.

On Friday night I discovered a small amount of water under my hot water heater and thought my hot water heater was leaking. Oh-no, how was I going to shower?! I called Zierman Plumbing early Saturday morning and spoke with their answering service. I explained to the very nice lady that I would have to have a specific size if it needed to be replaced. She said she would contact Zierman and have them speak to me. Chuck Woodard called me in a matter of minutes. After a brief explanation he decided to come right out and see how he could assist me. He arrived in less than an hour and after a thorough check determined the hot water heater was not leaking and the water was coming from the water softener canister connected to the heater. The canister was due for replacement on Monday so the problem would then be solved. I have been using Zierman Plumbing for many, many years and they have always provided my with excellent service and workmanship. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. They rock!!!!

After scheduling the work I got a call telling me that a doctor's appointment had been overlooked and that the appointment needed to be moved to the next day. Later that day I got a call from the plumber, Randy, saying that he would like to come the day of the original appointment --- double points for communication. After assessing the problem and trying a few tricks, Randy had an idea that would work and wanted to stop by the property on the following morning before his doctor's appointment. He showed up on time with the extra gear that was needed and managed to clear the line. Very efficient work and the charges were fair. I would absolutely call them again.

This is the only plumber that I will trust in my house. Randy is the nicest and easiest plumber to work with and I highly recommend him. I am completely confident that he is doing this work at a high level. He has recommended solutions that work with my goals of updating my house. He is also friendly and personable. From start to finish, Randy is the best.

They were really great. Their prices were competitive and their service was the best.
