Overall it went great. I was pleased to find out that they did not have to put on a whole new roof.
Description of Work: I had the roof on my patio done. They put a treatment on the metal roof to stop the leak.

The Company did not return my call for an estimate for 8 days after the original call. If they were busy with many jobs I can understand if someone for the company called and inform me of the situation. Not doing so is not a good sign in my mind and not very professional. Guess they are not interested in new customers.
Description of Work: Did not get a return call for 8 days after my initial request. The representative said they were short on help and were now back in staff. I Informed them that it was too late. If they were short on help then why did the receptionist not inform me of it at the time of the original call or at the least have a representative call me shortly afterward and inform me of the situation.
