Sweat Equity Construction offers the following services: There is a $40 charge per estimate in the Santa Maria area. The estimate charge is $60 for areas outside of Santa Maria. The estimate charge will be credited towards the contract price if the project is awarded.

I cannot pull permits for new construction projects, however, I can work on new construction once its time for the insulation install and everything thereafter until final inspection.
