He was quick, professional, and didn’t try and over sell anything like I have had in the past.

Out four estimates, Seaside gave us the best one. We Spoke with Michael and I would say that he sent two of the best guys, ever, Nathan and Ian, out to install the new furnace and hauled away the old. Answered every question we had in a manner we understood. They went above and beyond. I always believed in using local talent and these guys are Oscar talent! GREAT WORK

On time, friendly, affordable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have him in my home. He was quite willing to answer any and all of my questions and to make suggestions to keep my furnace working as long as possible.

The service was prompt, and our furnace was fixed quickly! Mike even showed my husband how to read the signals on the furnace to diagnose problems in the future. The only problem was getting a receipt. We paid in cash, and Mike said that the office would email a receipt, but all we received was a bill showing full amount owed. I responded with message saying we had paid in cash, but have still not received a receipt!

They did a great job for a fair price as well as showing up on time. I definitely would use their service again.

I live in Utah. I went through Home Advisor to find someone to fix Grandma's heat. Grandma said it was 47 degrees in her place. Seaside Air had Grandma's heater fixed in a couple hours. So grateful! Thank you!!!

The owner was pleasant and came on thanksgiving week-end but charged $129 to solely inspect the furnace. His estimate for repairs was way higher than another company that we went with and fixed the problem.

The owner of the company came out and fixed the problem in short order. He bought the part to fix the furnace the following day. He was very personable and didn't overcharge me for the work that he performed. If I ever have another furnace issue, I won't hesitate to call this company.

Very friendly service and his attention to detail was great. This was not quick remove and replace, he cleaned up all the old ducting and fixtures and re-routed gas lines where needed. Very nice and clean finished job!

Mike reached out to me on a Sunday morning after having gone to Home adviser after my previous AC guy refused service. He showed up when he said he would. Diagnosed and explain the situation and parts that needed replacement and considering part was all the way in Maryland he came thru for me and I'm very grateful for his services. Needed A/C working with this heat. Thank you Mike.

Mike arrived at the time he said he would. He worked hard and did a great job. There were a couple of set-backs due to not receiving parts as requested, but this was not Mikes fault and he was very apologetic about it. I have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so.

Saturday late afternoon and I received miracle service at reasonable rates !! So grateful that my AC issue properly diagnosed and now my AC working perfectly with 100 degree temps expected next 7 days.
