Description of Work: I would highly recommend Richards Appliance. Our oven stopped working on the Monday prior to Thanksgiving. Richard came out the next day (during a very busy week mind you) and fixed our over so I could make our Thanksgiving dinner. He was kind and did good work. I would recommend him and hire him again. Thank you Richard!

+ -1 moreRichard came out the day we called, came early, did a speedy job of identifying the problem, and had everything with him to fix it. He even protected our hardwood floor while pulling the refrigerator out. He had it all taken care of in an hour. We were very pleased with him.
Description of Work: Our refrigerator/freezer quit getting cold & all food defrosted. We had a leak and needed refrigerant added. Richard took off the back panel, identified the problem, added refrigerant and something to seal the leak.

Description of Work: This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. The office set up an appointment and the guy never showed up or called to cancel. We went through this 4 times before giving up on them entirely.

He is real personable and reasonable and he is very efficient. He went over and above what he was called up to do. I would use them again.
