+ -1 morePacifica was one of several bidders on the job and provided the low bid. He provided favorable references, so we hired him. He was great to work with and did a great job. We asked him to provide a more narrow grout line than normal, and did a good job.
Description of Work: Pacifica installed approximately 800 sf of new ceramic tile in a rental house for me. It included about 700 sf of floor tile and wall tile in a shower and bathtub, and travertine tile around a fireplace.

+ -1 moreJohn is an independent contractor who works alone. He responded quickly to bid the project and once he was selected he scheduled a start date a week or so into the future. He showed up on schedule and did a very professional job. Tiling is a dirty business, but John went to extra effort to keep dust, dirt and debris to a minimum. John has been doing tiling for some 25 or so years so he knows what he's doing. In addition, I asked John if he could repair a few cracked tiles in the kitchen and he did so without an extra charge. In addition he provided some left-over grout that matched what was already there. In summary, John is an easy-going, friendly professional who did what he promised and more.
Description of Work: Installed ceramic tile in master bathroom shower, master bathroom floor, hall bathroom tub surround and hall bathroom floor.
