Description of Work: Our spa had stopped heating up. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Thankfully it was a minor issue! We have since used his store front service to buy supplies. He always has what we need in stock.

Description of Work: Checked our equipment and provided instructions on how to maintain chemical levels when faced with high usage of Hotel pool. Were very informative and provided effective advice which we now incorporate to maintain our pools.

Description of Work: Spa was not heating. Heater was OK but the pump was not functioning. Replaced the pump and repaired some tubing that was cracking due to age. The work was performed after two visits - the 2nd to come back with the required pump. Full function was restored and continues to work.

+ -1 moreI have really found a honest and reliable pool service. Mr. Poolman services the central coast. Their main office is in Santa Maria, Ca. From the first time I asked them for assistance they have always came through. He took alot of time to walk me through my pool equipment. He explained all of the ends and out, do and do nots. I ave called him many times and extra assistance and also for pool supplies. Before I knew it he had delivered my spplies and/or called me back, on the same day to set up an appointment to assist me with my pool prump and heater problems. Ihave had some really bad experiences in the past. I had finally gotten to the point where I did not expect andy assistance from a pool person. I was wrong. Their are some reliable and honest people out their. I do believe that Mr. Poolman would make anyone looking for pool or spa services very satisfied and GREATFULL with Mr. Poolman.
Description of Work: Mr. Poolman came out and walked me through the entire system set up for the pool, explaining the pump the filter system and how it all worked. He took the time to check out the heater system because it was making some really bad noises. I found out that it was no good and needed to be replaced. The thing is it mad small noises when my previous pool man put it in. It was supposed to had been a new system and a up to date system. I do beleive that it was new when I bought it but I did not realize that is was an old modle that they did not make anymore. Anyway he got my entire system up and running and ordered me a nice heater system and showed me that is was an up to date model. I watched him put it in and he knows what he is doing. I ahd him order a venting system so the blow out heat would be pushed out safely out of the pool house. I now have a very nice and safe system I am proud of and a happy happy customer. He has even check in with me to see how everything was going and if I need anything. Reasurring me that he was thier when needed. Thank the heavens for Mr. Poolman
