We had lots of pet stains to deal with. The carpet came out very wet and after a day a very strong odor was being detected. I called and left a message, but there was a weekend that delayed a response. I talked with our person who cleaned, told him about the problem. He said it was the padding, to wait two more days and then call him. He said they would return then and spray more enzyme. I am to call on Thursday (this is Tuesday). Hopefully the odor problem will then be resolved, The carpeting itself looks beautiful!!

I forgot the gentleman’s name that came to clean my carpets. They did a great job! Very courteous and professional. My carpets look great! Cleaned up after himself and was thankful for the business.

They had a little trouble finding our location. We live in a relatively new complex. They may not have a GPS system. The job they did was very thorough and complete. Gave good tips for future regarding the roof vent. Would definitely recommend.
