He did a superb job putting in a new heater for me and removing an old soft water. He gave a very good price and everything. They're perfect. They put in something over my tiles and they didn't hurt my tile. They took the old one out, used the vacuum cleaner, installed the new one and made sure it was working and we were very happy with it. They were very good people. The guy did a beautiful job. I can't complain about somebody like that.

I didn't get an itemized bill. The whole thing felt wrong. I got a bill for putting in the same water heater he installed. I didn't get any documents, so I don't know if it is the same or not. I called today, and said I have a tennant that doesn't have hot water. And he wasn't willing to come out. I don't know what time he arrived or when he left. I had to give my tennant a discount because she couldn't take a shower for 3 days.

I used him through my homeowner's insurance and he was really nice in person. He came out two times and told me what the problem was but it was not the problem at all. He told me that there was not a problem and he could not understand why he was even at my house. I asked him to snake the drain anyway but I was not in the room when he did it. The bathtub still kept filling up with water and not draining so I called my insurance company again and they asked him to come out again. He told me it was a septic problem so I requested a second opinion. The second guy came out and said he did not snake the right thing and that it was not a septic problem. He said he did not pull the right thing out of the drain to snake it correctly so I don't know what the deal was; it was very frustrating.

Great guy. He's knowledgable. He was a part of my homeowner's protection plan. Since I've met him, I've gotten rid of the protection plan. Most of the services he has given me the insurance paid him little as compensation. He is straight forward with his pricing. No hidden fees.

.He knew exactly what to do and fixed our problem within a half hour. He gave us instructions on how to take care of the problem ourselves if it ever happened again.
