Called and he said he would be out the next day. Four days later he showed up. I told him that I wanted an energy efficient water heater and that he seemed to carry a good line of rated heaters. He arrived with a unit that was at the max end of the scale, which I didn't see until he had already installed it. I was tired of heating water at the stove and bathing at the kitchen sink.

I hired Art to do some handyman work at my mother's house. He was one of the few handymen in the area that I was able to find on Angie' List. I liked his manner and my mother was comfortable working with him. I felt that he really had my mother's best interests at heart. She's hired him to do additional work since the initial visit. I rated him a B on punctuality and responsiveness because he's juggling a lot of clients. As I mentioned previously he is one of the few handymen in the area whom I was able to find.

He was great--very professional. Picked up the items from Sears at no charge then installed them at a very reasonable price. At the same time drained my water heater for no change. A year or so later returned to fix a leaking pipe and again drained the water heater for no charge. I would hire him again without hesitation.

house was having total drain problems with backup in kitchen and bathrooms due to drain leading out of house, Art was quick to arrive assess the problem and get to work and finished in one day. including the guys to dig up roots.
