 + -1 moreCalled and he was on another job. Said he would be there within an hour. Right on time. Looked at the door and then went and got the parts. It was fixed and working great. So nice to have it slide again. And so glad he could find the parts to an older door.

 + -1 moreHe promised to call me the following day with an estimate, but he never called. So I called him and, again, he promised to contact me with an estimate within a couple of days. He didn't call or contact me. So I called again and was again told he would get to me within a few days. He never did. So I went with a different contractor!!!!
Description of Work: He came the next day to review my proposed project (replacing all my windows with energy efficient windows).
