They were very thorough. The work they were going to do was spelled out very clearly. They did an excellent job.

Davids system did not require that he go onto my roof. This was safer for him and did not damage any tiles.

I am so glad to have been connected with this company! David went above and beyond my expectations! I called him and he returned my call the same day. He even managed to squeeze me in for an estimate that same day! We agreed on his estimate as it was very fair and he returned the very next day to complete the job! I had told him it was kind of an emergency because my husband was going to tackle it that weekend and I was afraid he might fall off of the roof! Project: Clean Gutters & Downspouts... Our gutters & downspouts were seriously in need of cleaning and David responded to my initial inquiry promptly. We have a lot of gutters on our house and detached garage and many of them are hard to access. His estimate was reasonable and work was completed on schedule and to our complete satisfaction. In fact, I was so pleased with his service that I called him back to clean our exterior windows. He did a great job for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him and will use his services again!

Mr. Stears was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote. He was very professional and the work he did was outstanding. I thought he actually did more than what I had expected. He took on some very nasty windows in my patio room and they came out looking great. My rain gutters and down spouts were clogged with pine needles and now my gutters and down spouts are ready for the next rain. He also pointed out that one gutter needed some leveling adjustments, which I wasn't aware of. I would use Mr. Stears services again and would recommend him to any one. Michael D.
