 + -1 moreIt went great! Dave is nice and hard worker. gave me great advice around my property. im a new home owner so it is much appreciated. Showed me how much dirt i had in my gutters; dirt bag was heavy! House is 2 story. didnt keep track of time but estimating took around +2 hours

He and his helper did an excellent job -- our windows are sparkling clean, as our our window frames (even the inside tracks of our sliding windows). I thought the price was reasonable, considering that he spent nearly the entire day doing a very thorough job. Highly recommended!

 + 0 moreGreat. I called and David was available within a few days; he came timely and was done in a timely matter. The rain gutters have never been as clean other than new!! I appreciated his honesty about the pressure washing of the house, because he could have easily done it and charged me. I will definitely be using David again. I wish I had more work for him. Description of Work: Cleaned rain gutters from debris and cleared them to shiny clean. Cleaned outside and inside windows. I wanted to have the house pressure cleaned; however he stated it didn't appear to need it which speaks to his honesty.

Description of Work: The window cleaner was hired on special 10 windows for $99.00. | | I had 5 windows downstairs 3 upstairs and two sliding doors. He claimed he did not have the equipment to do the upstairs that he would have to call someone else to do upstairs, I told him not to call anyone else. | |I thought cleaning inside of windows was included. He claimed he does not do the inside of the windows, that is an extra charge. | |I also thought he was going to do the screens and the inside of the window railings. | |He took the screens off the window and shook them, did not wipe them. The screens on the sliding doors he never touched. I had to tell him to wipe the railings. | |I had hired someone else to clean the blinds before and he had vacuumed the railings. I did not realize he did not do the sliding doors. He did wipe the railing of the doors. I had to redo the railings. | |If I had to do it again I would not hire him, what I needed was the upstairs. all the windows that he did do were really badly done he missed places. We also had to redo all of railings. | |I would not have hired this person if I would had known what kind of job he does and he could not clean the upstairs windows.

 + -1 moreDavid Stears arrived on time this morning and spent 7 hours doing an excellent job cleaning every detail of our windows and sliding glass doors. He was pleasant and professional. I will definitely hire him to do the job when window washing time comes around again.

He really cares about his work and the people he works for. He works very hard and very swift. He also takes out the screens and cleans them. I highly recommend him!
