Description of Work: They cleaned one bedroom carpet and one 8 by 10 carpet which was taken to their shop to be cleaned and then returned in 4 days. The bedroom carpet took over a week to dry, it was way too wet and when it did dry it smelled like mildew. I called them midweek to ask why it was taking so long to dry and they sent someone out who said to just open a window and it should be fine. Well, it wasn't. They are way too expensive and their work was way below satisfactory especially for the price. My 8 by 10 turned out fine.
