About us

Coast Roof Cleaning specializes in non pressure, damage free roof and exterior cleaning. We use a "soft wash" process which is not only safe for your roof but highly effective in removing and eradicating algae, moss, mold, lichen, that cause dark stains and streaking. Pressure washing has been used to roofs and building exteriors. While valuable for applications such as concrete cleaning, roof and exterior cleaning it is not, this approach is highly invasive and damaging to all roofs and exteriors, using high pressure to remove the visible growth, but not actually killing it. It actually spreads the mold and bacteria to neighboring houses onto your concrete and then tracking it inside your home. We use the only process suggested by roof manufactures themselves, including the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association. The results are immediate, beautiful and last for years.
