 + -1 moreWe recently had a plumbing leak, I called C.I. to remove the equipment and evaluate if there was any water damage. They told me they could not get to us for a week - which would have stopped our home repairs. Coast Installations is all about dropping the equipment off, collecting the money and that's it. Less than ten years ago we spent around twenty thousand dollars ($20k) on this system - and this is the kind of service we get. Don't really see how they are still in business.
Description of Work: One of the rooms in our whole house system went out. They advised that the manufacturer of the home amplifier/splitter was no longer in existence, and they fused two of the rooms controllers together. This was untrue, and I have since found a company who deals with the manufacturer regularly. I recently had C.I. install XM in the whole house system. Later, when I was in the attic space I discovered that their installers removed insulation and did not replace it, had broken the Fire Rated barrier in the chimney chase (to run the antenna) and did not repair it. This approaches environmental terrorism.
