Waited a long time for inspection then never received any estimate. The inspector claimed that I said I was sick and I had to reschedule which was a lie. He did perform the inspection but never sent me a report. Do not recommend this company. Office staff were nice and polite.

Description of Work: They sprayed around the outside of our home for ants and spiders. I didn't want them to come inside at this time. The spraying stopped the infiltration of spiders and ants.

Description of Work: I called them to come out and look at bugs that I found in our guestroom. I was worried that they were bedbugs. Clark came out to inspect and took a sample of the bugs back to their expert. As it turned out they were not bedbugs, but they found out what kind they were and told me what to do to get rid of them. It did not include having them exterminate, but there was no charge for coming out and identifying the bugs. I would definitely use them again if I ever need an exterminator.

Inspector found an isolated site that needed repair and treatment. It was repaired quickly. Communication with the inspector following further investigation by technician could have been better. On site people were thorough and explained what they were doing. Repaired areas look good and I now monitor for termites. I'll know more in time if the work was adequate.

They are very responsive and I have asked to call before they come which they do. I would rate them highly apart for some confusion with the billing and I would continue to use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Clark Pest Control for regular maintenance to spray around the house as I haven't actually had a problem and they come in every other month.
