Description of Work: I called Brannon Inc/dba Smith Electric because my handyman said they are very fair and honest. Apparently they are known as Smith electric and when I googled that it came up Brannon Inc. DBA Smith Electric. The furnace in my mobile home was not working properly. They came out (within a few days, and on time) and diagnosed my furnace problem right away. Steve suggested I order the part online and have my handyman install it to save money. When I asked him how much I owed him, he said "nothing!" The next week when another question arose, Hans came out to look it over and again did not charge me anything! He said "Merry Christmas"! They could have charged me $85 service charge to come out each time! It appears it was an easy fix and they didn't feel right taking my money. How wonderful. | |I recommend Smith Electric. They are honest, fair, and knowledgeable.
