Bee Safe Lock & Key

We purchased the set at Home Depot and checked out Angie's for the best locksmith. We were very happy that Andrew was able to come out the same day we called and he quickly installed the set. It looks great and works perfectly!

The technician arrived later in the time frame window than I had hoped, but he managed to do the job by the time we needed to leave the house. A small grease stain was left on the newly installed carpet in his wake. They also tried to charge me $20.00 more than I was quoted on the phone but honored the original price when I baulked. I wish the technician had presented a cleaner, more professional look.

The Bee locksmith came to our house just when he said he would; he went about his business with no supervision required on our parts; he gave us the new sets of keys for our exterior locks; we paid him and he left. Throughout the visit he was professional and cheerful and we trusted him and his work. I'd recommend Bee for any locksmith services in the SLO/AG/Santa Maria area.

Entered shop and staff were busy serving other customers. When it was my turn, I asked the manager/proprietor to take a look at my car. I had previously discussed the issue with him. He said that he would take a look however, needed to make a phone call first. He asked me to take a seat while I waited. One phone call lead to another, & another, & another... After approx. 30 minutes waiting I finally got up and left. While I understand it's important to answer the phone, I believe that it is more important to provide a reasonable level of service to the customer waiting in the shop. The phone answering duties could have been relegated to the other staff member in the shop...who was largely unoccupied while I waited.

They did what I asked them to do and were there when they were supposed to be. They did their job and were courteous. The price was okay for what they did and they quality of work was good. They were responsive and seemed professional. They did a good job.

Affordable Lock & Safe was a little expensive but I didn't get any other quotes. They came on time, they did the job in a good amount of time that wasn't too long, they were very capable, and very professional.

The company was professional from phone call to end of service. Came out to our home on date/time arranged. Charged fair price, the lock works great. Very pleased!

Called the day before and described what I needed, made an appointment with an estimate of cost for the next day. Technician called before he arrived to tell me he was on the way. Did the work and the the charge matched the estimate plus a couple of dollars for extra keys.

The guy from Bee Safe Lock & Key showed up on time and worked quickly. He was friendly and did a good job. I don't remember the exact price he charged but it was a reasonable amount.
