Effectively paid $2200 per hour to fix 3 gas leaks in the line. Re-swabbed 2 couplings with glue and replaced 1 elbow coupling. Decide for yourself if that is expensive or not before calling.

The plumber came the same day I asked. After dinner. to figure out why there was a puddle on my bathroom floor. He solved the problem quickly and fixed it. The plumber I usually use could not come for a week. But I am in Lompoc and this plumber had to come from Santa Maria so I would use my old plumber next time I have a problem.

Jose came to give me an estimate for several plumbing projects but took care of the drain traps right away.

The brand Mixet, was a cheap brand the builder installed. Plumbers (2) were able to replaced the cartridge. May have to in the future replace the entire mechanism. Not surprised due as it is not a Moen or American Std.

I came home to a flooded front yard and water pouring down my neighbor's driveway. I called Arrow Plumbing as well as the Water Company on their 24-hour lines. Arrow Repair arrived quickly to turn off my water and made an appointment to come out to see about repairing the suspected broken pipe the next morning. They told me that they would be at my home between 8:00 am-10:00 am. They arrived at 8:15 am and explained the various options and estimated costs clearly. The pipe was located and replaced and I was able to be at work by 12:30 pm. Very professional and I would definitely call them again with a plumbing need. Given the emergency nature, I felt the price was very reasonable.

Nice guy-very friendly and professional. He actually arrived earlier than expected. He explained what he did and why. The only complaint I had was the cost-but in all fairness it has been awhile since I needed to hire a plumber so maybe it was average in comparison with other companies. Julian from Arrow Plumbing showed up within 15 from the beginning of the arrival window. He assessed the situation, returned to his truck and came back with the proper tools. After the drain was cleared, he asked that we run the water for a few minutes in the bathtub to ensure the clog was cleared. I appreciated his courteous, prompt and thorough service.
