All Around Capret Cleaning

My friend bought a house that smelled like a really dirty dog. It hit you in the face as soon as you walked in the door. Ramon came out to price the job but before the date to clean he called back. He said there was a class on new pet odor products that he wanted to take before doing our job. He thought it would really be helpful to learn more about this new product. He came out and did a intensive deodorizing and cleaning. The house still had an lite odor but it was not in the carpet. He called to come check on the way the new product had worked. Finding like I had that it was not in the carpet any longer (we sniffed all over the carpet). He then recommended that he fog the house with the new cleaning product. It worked great!!! No more smell. He really cares about his clients. This is not the first nor the last time we will use All Around Carpet Cleaning. Thank you for saving the carpet.

He came to view and bid on the job and was right on time. The house had heavy stains due to a wheel chair and lack of being cleaned before. I thought since we were selling the house that we would just have it cleaned and the offer a carpet allowance tp the buyers. It came so clean with his attention to details and stains that we did not need to offer a carpet allowance. He also comes back at no cost for 30 days if the stain comes back. We did have one stain that would disappear when liquid was used to clean it up but since it was in the backing it would come to the top again. He pulled the carpet up and cleaned the pad in that area. Frist rate cleaning by someone who cares. Will be using him from now on!!!
