Eric was very polite, helpful and honest. Gave me recommendations to not do the work because in his opinion, the fix would not benefit me. So I took his advice. However, his prices were very reasonable. Some contractors may have not been quite so forthright just to get a job but he was thoughtful and reasonable and conscientious. I really appreciated that! I will hire him if I ever do need his types of services in the future.

He shows up. He shows up on time. He does, as near as I can tell the perfect job and then charges what he said he would before starting the job. I really don't know about "value for money", when I found a contractor that could deal with the City of Grover Beach, I hired him and found the price very acceptable.

He did a Great Job ! At a Great Price

The contractor quoted a flat price. The work was very good, just what we wanted. The job was done in one day and they cleaned a sidewalk and driveway, but the price seems out of line.

Wow! Eric is a true professional with amazing skills. He and his team did a fantastic job for us last year grading and laying a beautiful patio. Our home was new, just dirt in the backyard. It needed grading to cut down a large hill; Eric did a great job in creating a raised seating area and flower bed. Also, he has his act together on making the grade drain perfectly the way it should. Our job required it to slope left and right as well away from the house. Last years rain just when away and ZERO puddles! He’s a perfectionist and watching the pour with him supervising was like watching a conductor conduct a fine symphony. Cracking after a year has been minimal and much less than I would expected. Pricing was fair and he stuck to the terms completely. I do highly recommend him and would gladly hire him again anytime. Go for it! Thanks again Eric! Brad T. Atascadero.

Eric was able to get started on our project very quickly and timed it very well. He poured a retaining wall and did all of the prep work while the concrete cured to the proper strength. He went out of his way to assist with planning and did some additional work without increasing his original quote. After the retaining wall was cured, he poured a beautiful patio and walkway that completely transformed the look of our backyard. We have referred him to friends in need of concrete work and plan on using him again on another retaining wall project in the future.

Eric and his professional crew did a beautiful job on our barn floor and apron! I had previously installed steel mesh in the forms and Eric was very helpful to instruct me, during his free quote visit, that I also needed to bring in 80 rebar pieces (20') to make the foundation strong enough for a solid floor, so I did. Some of my other quotes did not bother to explain that. Eric had our best interests at heart even before he won the job; you'll want integrity like that on your project? The crew had well over 100 years experience, between them, and provided a smooth, level, beautiful finish inside, with a non-slip "broom-finish" on the patios and apron. I highly recommend you call Eric for a fair-price quote. He's a fair guy that shoots straight. The morning of our pour he and all his crew were there early at 6:00 a.m., long before the concrete trucks arrived, so I'd call him again. I'm very happy with my floor.
