Description of Work: Requested service to configure security camera system. Tech worked 3 hours and didn't successfully set up the system. I'm out $240 with nothing to show for it.

+ -1 moreWe've been very happy with this company. He is located very close to us, so he's always out to our home very quickly when we call.
Description of Work: I have both Macs and PCs, but I have them work more on the PCs than the Macintoshes. They have set up my printer, checked out my daughter's PC for me, and I have purchased items in their store such as a case, USB cable, and another computer.
