Comfort Time Heating & Cooling

The service was smooth and quick. A very confident crew. The services they gave was stress-free. They did not ask too many questions. great company and great attitude. great and wonderful experience as home project is concerned and I am 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend them and the president was so interested in my complete satisfaction.

We called Comfort H&C because they were local and had a decent rating. Turns out they deserve the decent rating. Chris came out on time and diagnosed the issue in about 10 mins. We needed a new capacitor - flux capacitor, maybe ;) - and he ran and got the part asap. The system was back up in less than an hour. He then gave the system a much needed tune-up and answered a ton of questions from my wife and I. We were very satisfied with the quality of the work and the business as a whole.

Scare tactics saying unit is a hazard and needs replacing. Never followed up on part replacement quote which he things before verifying would be around & 650 to fix.

My air had gone out in August of 2014 and it was the run capacitor. I knew this because I had used only one air cond/heat company for 20 some years but they had gone out of business. Prior to their leaving they had noted on their last visit that I needed to replace the run capacitor. At the time the air was working fine. So when it went out about six months later I thought it probably was that but waited for the new repair person to tell me what was wrong. This was the representative here in Whittier with and quot;Comfort Time.and quot;. He charged me $220 at that time to replace the run capacitor.. Well this month October of 2014 my compressor went out. I called the Comfort Time person and he came out the next day, and explained that it was the compressor. Long story short, he quoted me $2600. That was on a Friday afternoon. He came back the next morning, (Saturday) and installed it between 9 am and 11;30. Each and every time he gave me a time he was very prompt. He is genuinely a nice guy.and he answers the phone himself and answered all my many questions. I had decided it was time I learned more about air conditioners. He also accepts charge cards. Anyway I am writing this in the coolness of my house, happy that my house is cool and that I have found a great new air conditioning and heating person. I will ask him to come back twice a year. Once for the heating and once for the air. I think anyone who uses him will be really pleased.

I called up Comfort Time to come out and just get my furnace working. Angel of comfort time, took a quick look at the furnace and said something about a blower motor was out. The replacement was in and running during the day so I had heat again that night. Without comfort time, my family and I were super cold and under a ton of blankets.
