+ -1 moreWorkers arrived and immediately removed the water heater pipe and vent. They then proceeded to remove the unwanted plywood and replaced with new. When the job was done you could not tell that a pipe had ever been present. The workers cleaned the area thoroughly. The only detail that one needs to recognize is their warranty policy. For both jobs I had Cassady perform, on the final invoice (not the proposal), there is a statement at the bottom that clearly says..."WARRANTY...ALL WORK DONE BY CASSADY ROOFING, INC. IS NOT GUARANTEED." I hope, and all future clients would hope, that they have done, and will do, quality and exemplary work.
Description of Work: Called Cassady Roofing requesting a proposal for a small job (remove a water heater pipe and vent; patch hole in roof). I had used Cassady before and was satisfied with their work. It took prompting to ascertain another proposal and work date, but Cassady did follow through, and the work was completed to my satisfaction. The workers were prompt, skilled, neat and thorough.

+ -1 moreThey arrived timely and began to work. After taking off the old flat roof, they replaced some of the wood by installing new plywood. All of their crew knew what they were doing and the job was done by late afternoon. They even had a tool to pick up any nails which had fallen (which is much appreciated as the tenants have a dog). I was present that day and they were thorough, hard working and professional. By about 4:30 they had cleaned up and packed up without leaving any mess. When the job was at our house the building inspector knew their work and told my wife about other jobs that he had inspected that they had done. When it was time to do the rental, we had no doubts about who to have out to do the new roof and repairs, if necessary. This is the second house that we have had them reroof.
Description of Work: They took off the flat roof on my wife's rental house, replaced and fixed some of the wood that had to be repaired that was under the prior roof. They prepared the underlayer for the new roof and installed the new wood that was under the roof material.

+ -1 moreThey were on time to inspect, they submitted a bid on the date promised, they completed tear off and install as scheduled and left the property clean. They did everything they promised.
Description of Work: We developed leaks in our garage this winter due to the heavy rains. Water built up and created a pond heavy enough to crack numerous roof joists. Cassady was contacted to determine the urgency of repairs and to provide a price to remove the roofing so a framer could replace the roof joists. Chad Cassady recommended and contacted a contractor to replace the joists (I went with another framer due to better pricing). Cassady worked directly with the framer to schedule work and limit the time the roof was removed and garage contents exposed to weather. The day they came on site to do the roofing - I came home from work upset they had not shown up and was amazed to see they had completed exactly what they promised to do. There was no construction debris whatsoever! After the framer completed his work, Cassady came back and replaced the wood underlay and all roofing materials, again leaving the job site clean and free of debris.

+ -1 moreThe estimate was conducted promptly on the date agreed upon. The company wrote the estimate in a professional manner detailing the work to be done and the materials to be used. The property was protected while the existing roof was removed. The workers acted carefully and responsibly. Rotted boards and other surprises not known until the roof was removed were replaced and the charge for the extra work was very reasonable. The company was careful to seal all openings into the roof. I would not hesitate to hire this company. I received two other estimates and Cassady Roofing was the lower priced and included more detail in their estimate.
Description of Work: A flat roof addition of approximately 250 square feet, had deteriorated roofing and was leaking. The company came out and gave an estimate for the work. The estimate was very detailed, showing the exact work to be done and the materials to be used. The company tore off the old roofing material, replaced any rotted wood that was not visible during the estimate process and new roofing was installed. The tie-in to existing roofing was perfect. The intrusions for air conditioning and heating were properly sealed.

We will see if the leaks hold good, as we have had a couple of things re-leak in the past when we were in Northern California. We know that is a possibility.
Description of Work: I used Cassady Roofing for five separate roof leak repairs that were done on patches. They are still working on one of the repairs.

+ -1 moreThey were just wonderful. We waited a few months for them to get started on the job, though that was expected because of the busy season. They were very accommodating with fitting us into their schedule. Once they were on the job it was also great - they were very professional. I had a few special requests on the roof and they had no problem listening and implementing them. They came out the second day mostly for clean up and it was immaculate. They also were good to clean up as the work progressed. Finally, the estimate did come in at about the middle of the ones that I received (from $5500 to $18,000).

My home has a very high pitch which makes it difficult to roof. Cassady Roofing was very clean in their work. They worked very efficiently and roofed my home on a four day permit. They were excellent.
