The experience was fine overall.

I got bids from about 5 companies. They weren't the lowest price, but I decided to go with Brothers based on quality, and design. Estimator was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. We also visited the showroom to get a better view of the full size window. Installers were late the day of the install-I was getting a bit alarmed, but then I got a call from the company-their truck had stalled on the freeway & they were working on a plan. Soon after that the truck arrived, pulled by a tow-truck. They quickly unloaded & began installation. Install took 2 days. As the windows were installed one of the crew carefully cleaned all them. My only complaint was when they reinstalled the blinds they got handprints on the previously spotless windows. Installers were very professional and I'm pleased with the look and operation of the new windows. They even sent someone to repaint the window sills that were scratched during the work.

They were great and professional to deal with from beginning to end. They problem solved to make sure that the windows would be installed in the best way. Installers were on-time, finished in one day and the clean-up was spectacular.

Michael came out and measured and gave us a quote to replace all 12 of the windows in our home. Sam did the final measurement and delivered the contract. With the contract package came the instructions about the time to construct the windows and how to prepare the house for the installation. Miguel and Fernando arrived on time on the first day and took out all of the old windows, replacing each one with the new vinyl LoE3 version. They worked consistently and efficiently. They were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up completely after themselves as they left one window and moved on the next. They sprayed insulation around the new windows before they left for the day. Miguel and Jaime arrived on time on the second day and completed the installation. They cleaned up as they moved from one window to the next and checked that they had cleaned up completely before they left. Michael came by on both days to check on the installation and my satisfaction with the windows and the work. We're very pleased with both the product and the installation of our new windows.

They were professional, every time I have problems with my screens they come out and assist me, and if they windows are damage they will replace them at no cost.

The windows are beautiful and are working great. They really cut down on the sound, and have lowered the energy cost. The only complaint I have was in the selection of the trim on the outside. I chose one that would cover the old wood trim (which sounded great). As it turned out when they installed the windows, they were forced to cut out the outside vinyl trim, otherwise the windows would not have been a good fit. I asked for a credit, but they would not give me a refund.

The installation took approximately 2 hours. It was done by a very friendly and professional crew. I am extremely pleased with Brothers and their product. I did a great deal of research on vinyl windows/door and I believe that Brothers has the best product, the best warranty and the best price.

We had several estimates and in every way they were just fabulous.

The painters came at 8:00 and left at 5:00p.m. They cleaned up after themselves. They also prepared the walls the proper way. They were asked to do extra small jobs and they did for a small fee. We would recommend them to anyone.
