Description of Work: Great communication and product. Highly recommend both. Had the underside of the house as well as a north wall done with spray foam insulation. Makes a huge difference in sound, and overall warmth/coolness. We did have a slight issue with the electrical panel after they left (they have to tie into it.) A wire wasn't reconnected tightly, so the garage door wouldn't work. Easy fix.

+ -1 moreThe underfloor was complicated as they needed to span 48" between the floor joists (it is an older house with 4x6 floor joists spaced 48" on center, spanned by 2x4 T&G floor planking). Because of this, one contractor chose not to bid the project and another quoted an outrageous price. Mark from Tri-County wasn't at all concerned about the unusual spec and quoted a very reasonable price. He worked with my schedule to get his guys in between the other trades. They were professional, cleaned up thoroughly, did a great job! Thank you Tri-County.
Description of Work: Tri County did a complete insulation of existing underfloor and a new addition.

+ -1 moreOverall it went well. Everyone was nice to work with. The estimate, however, was very confusing and we had to change it twice before the proposal matched what the work crew needed to do. This required quite a few phonecalls back and forth but it all worked out in the end and I would use them again. I also thought the price for the work they did was very fair.
