Description of Work: Gutted master bath following water damage. Reconfigured including removing tub/moving & expanding shower, replacing fixed window with opening window, closing off small window, custom cabinets & fixtures, wall and shower tile, painting and initial design that found room for necessary storage. Design, fixtures, quality materials outstanding. Failures: forgot to order drain equipment for shower causing delay, did not measure towel bar site and new one had to be reordered (delay), ordered incorrect number of knobs (delay), missing proper cabinet molding (delay). Initial promise: done by Thanksgiving '14. Usable by New Year's, completed Feb. 2015. Very responsive to all concerns and made corrections without argument.

 + -1 moreThey are still working on the kitchen, they just have to get the granite counter tops installed and the electrical installed. They are responsive, their work is high quality and their design and planning is excellent. They referred us to good sources for granite and things like that.

 + 5 moreAll in all it was a very positive experience. Our bathroom is gorgeous and the effect that we were looking for was executed to perfection. We had excellent designers who were able to take our ideas, refine them and who were not afraid to give an opinion when they felt we were going in the wrong direction. The work was completed ahead of schedule. If I had any complaint at all it was their wanting to work on the weekend to speed things up. This didn't work for me and they didn't push it.
Description of Work: We had our bathroom updated: new cabinets, counter top, shower,,toilet, flooring and tile--everything.
