+ -1 moreKelly Moriarty was the only estimator to climb onto my roof. He saved us a few hundred dollars. Crew was professional, did quality work, cleaned up well. Front office communicated promptly regarding scheduling, permit sign-off, and delays due to weather. I was incapacitated during roofing work, so Moriarty’s contacted the solar company to let them know that the roofing project was completed. I returned home to a new roof and solar panels. We hired them to replace the roof on my in-law’s house. Same great experience.

Description of Work: Complete re-roofing. | |I was hospitalized for a prolonged hospital stay about a month before work started. The installation proceeded as originally scheduled, with most communication via email. The crew did a great job with installation, clean up, inspection, and permit approval. I got home after the job was completed and could not have been more pleased. | |Oh, and I received 5 estimates for the job. Moriarty was the only company to actually inspect my old roof before giving me an estimate. I guess everyone else just used an aerial shot obtained over the Internet...
