John and his crew at Momentum AE were wonderful from start to finish. John helped me design my first residential home and ADU (accessory dwelling unit) in Santa Cruz. His knowledge of architecture and engineering made the design portion of the home a breeze. My name is Aaron Bradley. I am a General Contractor. I have been doing work for, and using the services of John Krukar of Momentum A & E for about 15 years. John's knowledge of construction and building codes is endless. I do a lot of dryrot repair in my business. I make a plan on how I can repair the problem in the most cost efficient manner possible and bring it to John for his approval and documentation. John always adds to the plan or changes it to something better and more efficient. One thing I have always appreciated about John is that he never compromises his quality. Through his creative ideas he always makes sure that his end plan for my repairs is as strong as it can possibly be, ( always stronger than it originally was ) and he accomplishes this without the need for unreasonable extra labor. John always insists that he recieves the very best quality work. John has a very calm and cool demeanor, but don't mistake that for being complacent.
