The price was pretty high. It was real good there was a couple of things I had real issues and they came back and worked on it. They were real good and easy to work with, the owner had a pretty good deal on the windows because I wanted the highest grade windows and it was absolutely worth it and I got exactly what I wanted and they did the job exactly how I wanted it.

gave no contract did not install windows that were advertised unskilled window installers damaged our home did not follow up that was promised by their project manager kept ordering wrong windows for two jobs which were supposed to take 4days to finish it has been going on for 2 years they made us put half the total price of the two jobs for the down payment we bought eight new windows for one of the jobs and they only replaced six windows and two of them need replaced we were promised experiencd window installers with 5 to 10 years window experience which never happened we were promised three used sliding doors installed for one of the jobs after more then 2 years we have not been furnished a complete contract for the two jobs garden window they installed has a water leak after 4 times they worked on it still leaks when installing garden window they over cut the siding passed the 2x4 studing causing an unsafe house they replaced 3 pieces siding around garden window that looked like factory rejects and they didn't install weather proofing paper under neither new siding. inside window molding are coming loose on all windows we have gone through B-B-B twice with no conclusions at this time we are going through the state contractor licence board the work order has to be addressed as per replacement windows compared to retrofit windows This complaint takes in two jobs 450 Larkin view and 14 Lawrence ave Watsonville Ca

Gave us a very reasonable estimate. (Was the lowest of some 5 estimates.) The guy displayed some ingenious ideas that vastly improved the finished look. Was a fast worker. Very pleasant personality. Cleaned up afterwards. The inspectors took one quick glance & approved the whole project.

Lighthouse had example of windows that were high in quality without being the highest in price by buying the top of the line name brand. They were great about offering alternatives that were money saving for us. We are elated with the choice of window we selected and the service we received from them. Their quote was competitive and their service and quality was very helpful.
