Lance was very prompt to return my initial inquiry for a 'short notice' paint project. Even though it was not a big job, just one side of my home and a trim piece, Lance squeezed my project into his schedule, completed it next dayeven though it required difficult paint matching to 12 year old paint, took care of one minor issue I had immediately, did excellent quality work, it looks great, and at a very reasonable price. Lance was very professional was I first met him. He described in detail the different phases of the job. Also at that time gave me a fair quote. I was having my home painted, and all decks stained. His crew was always on time, and did a beautiful job to my home. The home looks a new home now. At the end the crew and I went through the whole house for any missed areas. Lance and his crew did a GREAT job on our large project (4700 sq. ft. home, plus 800 square. ft. barn). Our home is mainly finished wood that requires semi-transparent stain, along with white trim. Lance and his crew did a very professional job in all aspects: prep, power washing, sanding, stain & paint application, touch-up, and clean-up. The quote was fair & job was completed in the expected time. Lance is a GREAT guy to work with and I give him my strongest recommendation.

My older (100+ year old) home was a major challenge but Lance's crew (mostly one very diligent guy) did a great job under tough circumstances (summer heat, hard to reach places, intricate details, etc.) I allowed them as much time as needed to do the job right and as their attention was divided between other jobs it did take longer than expected. The value and quality of the finished product was worth the wait.

I hired Lance and team to pain my 100+ year old Victorian house. From the start, Lance took time to talk about the project, making recommendations on which paint should go where. The house looks fantastic. The project took longer than either of us expected due to weather, and Lance did his best to juggle other jobs while making up time on mine. Before agreeing the job was done, Lance walked around the house and made every fix I asked for. His team was responsive, always on time, and great painters.
