This is the 3rd project i have done with Lance Sanchez painting. It is the first time we have had Shawn and Jamie working for us. They are professional, very courteous and left the job site clean and orderly at the end of every day. There price was competitive but not the lowest bid i received. Because of my prior experience with Sanchez painting i decided to spend just a little more and go with them. The house looks great and we couldnâ t be happier with the job! The only unhappy one is â Moseâ our Labrador retriever. He has spent the last 3 mornings on the porch looking for Shawn and Jamie.

Shawn and Jamie, the painters were wonderful. They were patient with our dogs. They cleaned up everything and left us some paint to paint the dog house, mail box and front yard light. I would recommend them to everyone we know.

Lance and his crew pressure washed, caulked and painted the exterior of our house. Arrived on time each day and got on with the job. Lance did a great job of quality control making sure every thing was done to a high standard! We will hire them again for future projects.

Lance is very conscientious and responsive. Although his quote was for one coat of paint he graciously offered to make it two coats for the same price if I found I wanted two after seeing the first.

The crew addressed numerous problems with additional fill-ins and extra coats of paint in areas that needed it. Great suggestions on my deck railings and floors. We are very happy with the kitchen painting job that Lance and his crewman Sean just did for us! This kitchen had not been painted in many, many years and we were really impressed with the thorough prep work they did to ensure that old dirt and grease would not get in the way of great paint coverage. Lance was very helpful in helping us decide upon a color. The work was done quickly and on time, Sean was friendly and professional, and Lance made sure every last detail was seen to until we were fully satisfied. Sean even wound up correcting some small crack and paint problems in another part of our house that were left over from another painter. I recommend Lance Sanchez Painting very highly and will definitely use them again!
