Did a great job and worked around our schedule since this is a second home. Lance even bought new light fixtures which we needed and installed them for us.

I was extremely pleased with the outcome of the project. Lance Sanchez Painting was professional, thorough in their work and very knowledgeable about what materials would achieve the outcome that I was looking for. It is difficult to take stained interior trim and doors from dark walnut stain to a white finish. Lance Sanchez was successful in achieving my request. Also, Mr. Sanchez and the crew were on time and quite careful while working in my home. They caused little disturbance to my day. I wouldn't hesitate to call Lance Sanchez Painting for another painting job.

VERY REASONABLE, HONEST, AND COMMITTED

Lance communicated well letting us know what was going on every day. He did everything he said he would do when he said he would. There was a little confusion between him and his men at the end but he came right out and took care of the issue. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

We had a very large picket fence that wrapped around the corner of a large lot. It was a lot of work. It needed power washing, sanding, undercoat and final paint job. We were very satisfied with the work and thought Mr.Sanchez was a very nice person and easy to talk with and would recommend him to any of the neighbors,

Mr. Sanchez not only offered a fair price for his work, but was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. He ended up doing custom sponge painting in a large master, that other painters would not even consider doing. The work was excellent. He will be back here to do more painting, very soon.

Very nice guy, always returned calls, which unfortunately is not the norm for contractors. Very happy with the end results.

Lance was more than professional. Whenever I called him with questions, he always called me right back. He kept me informed daily and even went back after the job was finished and painted a safety line so people would notice a step to prevent falling. Great company, great people.

I was under a time crunch (mortgage rate lock-in), and had called 4 other painters over the last 5 months, most said they would give me an estimate but never showed up. Lance came by the very next morning, gave a great estimate, had one of his crew show up the next Saturday when I said Saturday work was fine, even tho he was swamped with work he met my time line and work was great.

Lance is a down-to-earth, good-natured, very experienced service provider. He quickly assessed our deck restoration job, provided a very reasonable quote (verbally) and had his crew do the job very efficiently. We had a major problem with the first color applied (far too bright) but he re-stained, charging only for the additional materials.
