I hired Lance to paint the interior and exterior of my vacation home in Aptos. His bid was more than fair, his work was stellar and his communication excellent. He is a seasoned pro with a good eye for color. I gave him color names via email. When the living room was not exactly what I expected in terms of color ( I think Paint store didn't mix correctly) he repainted the room for free with a new color of my choice for free. He is charming and reliable.

Lance Sanchez did an outstanding job painting the exterior of my home in Aptos. He was always totally professional and did all the work himself without subbing out to less qualified workers. He is very friendly and easy to work with and gave us a very reasonable bid. His work was always on time as promised, efficient and thoroughly completed in a very reasonable time frame. Lance did a great job in staining my redwood siding, decking, and railings. He cheerfully took care of a minor problem. I would recommend Lance for any staining project.
