About us

I am a licensed remodeling contractor (lic. # 687809) that specializes in repairs and small remodels. I usually work alone or with a second but have worked larger jobs with up to 4 employees and/or outside subcontractors. We charge $65/hr (with a $40 service charge) for my labor, $45/hr for an apprentice level employee and $60/hr for a journeyman level employee when necessary. We offer a 15% discount to 1st time clients. We have worked with Senior services community for 11+ years and take pride in our ability and willingness to work with difficult clients or those with special needs.

Returned call promptly. Showed up on time to estimate job even though it wasn't the biggest job. Made repair quickly and for a fair price. Was presentable. Didn't play loud music while he worked. Was pleasant to have in the home.
