Harmonic Landscape

A few days before they were scheduled to start the job I called to confirm the appointment. At that time I learned there was a conflict. When they asked if they could reschedule us to a later date, I told them I was trying to get the job done before we had a birthday party. They adjusted their schedule so that they could start our job a day early, which was appreciated. However, they didn't tell us that they wouldn't be showing up the next day. They called near the end of the 2nd day and confirmed they would arrive early the next day to complete the job. The work was well done, but nothing spectacular since there were a few nails left in the wall where they were building the French Drain, and they didn't rototill as deep as I thought they would go on the higher side of the hill. But the work was good, the clean up was great, everyone was pleasant and hard working, and we were satisfied enough with the job that we had them come out a few weeks later to deliver and install 9 yards of gorilla hair.

He was recommended by his sister-in-law who lives across the street from us. He was very helpful, and he listened to whatever I had to say. They did a wonderful job and they took their time doing it. They even used laser beams to grade everything correctly. They asked at each step if we liked what they had done, and if we didn't, they made modifications accordingly. We were happy with their work.
