Amanda was responsive and friendly on the phone and via email. They were able to prepare the estimate using measurements from Google Earth and a few pix of our home. Eric and the crew were terrific! Competitive bid and quality products. Arrived during promised time window and began work immediately. Owner (Eric) and his two-man crew completed the job in two-hours. Discovered and repaired multiple loose gutter hangers as part of the gutter guard installation. We sincerely appreciate the repair work that was done during the installation, the quality of the work and product installed, and the thorough cleanup. We highly recommend this company (they also do window cleaning)

Eric (owner) and colleague arrived an hour early from scheduled appointment time. Were very professional and courteous - inquiring if I would prefer them to use ladders or if they could clean the gutters by stepping onto the roof. Property had several gutters that were leaking that they repaired and a third, with a rusty downspout, that they provided me with recommendations on how to address to avoid needing a new downspout. Must also commend Gutter Patrol and Amanda, who schedules appointments, for fitting me in within a window of two weeks from time I contacted them -given the above leakage issues. She was very helpful, courteous and professional as well. In speaking with Eric, he noted that they were fully booked through mid-February so very much appreciated their ability to fit in my request into their schedule. Would definitely use again and would recommend them for your gutter cleaning needs.

Gutter Patrol does a very nice, clean job. We have a rental property that gets a ridiculous amount of tree debris on the roof. We have used Gutter Patrol twice to come out to clean the roof. Scheduling has been a breeze. They have always arrived and done the work on time. And best of all, they have taken photos of the finished work ... since we couldn't easily go to the property and get onto the two-story roof to check the outcome.

Family business that values customer satisfaction. They were professional and responsive throughout the estimation processes, and I never felt pressure to do any additional/extra work. After they finished the work, we were pleasantly surprised by their emphasis on clean-up, they even cleaned up leaves from our driveway and walkway that were not a result of gutter clean-up. I would highly recommend the service for regular maintenance of gutters.

I called this company last fall to have them clean my gutters before the rain. It was their busy season so it took me a couple of weeks to get them out. That is the reason I gave them a B for responsiveness. Other than that, they were very good. They have two workers come out. They did a good job and cleaned up well. Since it was my first time, I was able to get a $20. discount. The total amount with the discount was $180. They were very honest and told me because I don't have a lot of trees around my house, I probably don't need to get the gutters cleaned every year, just every other year. I will use them again.

While there is easy access from my 2 story deck --so that he didn't need a ladder - I climbed up there myself and I just didn't have the nerve to do it - Eric has a great sense of balance, skill and confidence. He was correct in that he surmised that the dirt was mostly on the inside surface ( really? - yup - never been cleaned for decades). So he brought his tall ladder and drop cloth and washed it ( 16' vaulted ceiling. This was a great opportunity for my nearby hanging mobile to get dusted and he did so cheerfully and carefully and didn't charge me extra. I have hired him for two other times for extensive window washing on multiple floors. One large picture window was three/four stories up. What a guy! He's very careful - he just knows what he is doing. I also liked that he used de-mineralized water to wash with - he has his own machine that he hooks up to your garden hose. The results are spotless. I also had him wash my front gutters so that they didn't look so grimy. It's just that now with the drought - I wouldn't do that as it takes too much water. That was an expensive lesson for me. Would only hand wipe and not spray. He brought a helper for that. He also was able to caulk a portion of my standing seam metal roof where there was a gap. He's so handy for high up jobs!! He's replaced the screen for a small foot and a half operable skylight. It had come out for some reason and he got it back in. I also hired him to remove some small leafed grape ivy from one side of this house that went up 4 stories - and he and his helper did a great quick job. It peeled right off.

He arrived on time, showed respect for the premises and when he finished, the grounds around the house and even the roof were immaculate. We will definitely hire them whenever the need arises.

The service was good. They made sure that they got all the leaves, branches and things like that. They did a complete cleanup of the area. I got them on Angie's List and I checked their grading and comments. I was happy with the work that they provided.

Eric is a very professional self-employed young man. He is always prompt, thorough, accommodating, and fee for service is very reasonable. He has a wonderful piece of equipment that actually vacuums out the leaves, grit, etc from the gutters. He then flushes them to make sure they are in working order and will tell you if repairs are needed. He does not make or leave a mess. He also does the windows inside and out as well as the screens. We have a lot of windows and he does them all. Again, letting you know if there is a problem or concern with anything he sees. He is expedient in all tasks performed while giving complete attention to detail. Office staff is courteous, obliging, and professional as well. The price is so reasonable and they will send coupons for discounts once they have serviced your residence or property. High marks for GutterPatrol!! Debbie and Rich Robinson

It went very well. Two guys arrived on time and did an excellent job, even on the high up windows on the second story. They utililize modern equipment in good working order, so the job was done quickly and effeciently.

They were very conscientious, like a perfectionist in getting everything just right. Also, we had new windows with special coatings on them and they followed all the procedures they were supposed to for not damaging the special coatings and stuff like that. That made me feel good.

Eric and his crew were here promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job of cleaning the gutters. The repair has worked well so far and we are very pleased.

The guy was cheaper than a couple of other companies I have used. He was much better. He seemed to be more qualified and also a lot more helpful in identifying the areas that needed an improvement that had no impact on the quality of his work. He recommended me that I seek a roofer to look at some areas. Basically, he said he was just relaying that information to me. In fact, what he did was he took a couple of pictures on his Smartphone and showed me some areas. He was half the expense as another company I have used and that another company actually damaged my roof walk and around on it.

The service was fine. There was a problem with it the first time, but they came back and did a second coat and it was fine afterward. I was a little perturbed that when they came back, they told us that the one process they used was something they thought was enough, but that it wasn't.

Doug is very responsive to phone calls and setting appointments. He showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. Doug was very informative and suggested things I may want to look at in the future. Liked his honesty and no nonsense approach. Graig handled the second day and very responsive.

The windows look great after the cleaning. Eric managed to remove some hard water staining on one of our kitchen windows. Everything looked great when they finished.
