arrived with the correct cold/hot mixture regulator on the solar heater. Hubby requested a regulator that has a dial or numbers on it. floor regulator has a dial and numbers on it. when the mixture regulator goes out again, the next plumber will have a tape issue.

The service was done quickly and the provider was extremely professional. I will definitely use them again although I think their pricing is high.

went smoothly. Jorge, the technician, was excellent. I thought the cost seemed rather high since another plumber quoted $100 for the same service (but then couldn't meet the appointed date because of "conflicts"). I just went for the $281 cost, and Jorge was a very professional plumber

he found the leak on the second try and was able to repair it without having to replace the entire line.

They were great. They were on time. They provided free estimates and the work was done well.

I've had good and bad experiences with them. The good was good. The bad was I didn't like the person's remarks regarding cost. He tried to fix things as best as he can and he talked about cost, and I just didn't feel that the amount was accurate. I kind of felt like he was beefing up the numbers, but he was young and when I complained, he did me a big favor, which made the whole game, and reduced it somewhat. The expensive part was still outrageous, but maybe that was the game, that he was going to do me a favor. The hose in my dishwasher developed a hole and he came out. To replace the dishwasher was $300 and he wanted $400 or more to replace the hose. I was really upset about it. He reduced it and he totalled all these cost and I didn't get to see what the cost was, but he fixed it. He also told me about water damage, but he wasn't so certain about how much it will all cost, my insurance company and stuff. He was actually quite alarming. Previously, I had another guy who was a little bit older, but also from Duncan who came out when my toilet wasn't working. He was just very forthright and explained things. I just trusted him a lot. He explained the situation and he gave his diagnostics when needed and he was just very trustworthy. We're up in the mountains so they charge us a little bit more to come up here. I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work. Their punctuality was good. I would specifically call and ask for the first guy who was more experienced.

We had to have them twice. My problem is they don't carry with them to the house any paperwork on warranties with the work or with their parts that they are replacing. "It is at the office" The office doesn't want to give it to you either, in writing. One is just supposed to call the office if something is wrong and they will then tell you if it is in warranty.

We had a backup of our drain lines. I contacted Duncan Plumbing and Enrique came mid-day. He promptly and professionally snaked the drain lines unplugging them. He then scoped the drain lines with a camera determining that the root cause was a broken underground drain line allowing roots to invade the piping and he recommended the broken part of the line be replaced. All of this including billing took only about an hour.

This provider is listed on your service. They arrived at appointed time to give an estimate. They would not give an estimate over the phone. (This cost me a delay in getting the toilet installed.) When given the estimate of $642.00 to install a toilet I had already purchased and to replace an old emergency stop valve, I was shocked. I refused the service for being much too costly. I then called another licensed plumber and 3 days later had the toilet and stop valve installed. They did this work and took the old toilet away for a total of $125.00. I would never call Duncan Plumbing for work again.

Called for a quote, and was provided a 2 hour window. I was appreciative that the office called to say they'd be late, but they arrived 1 hour passed the 2 hour window and spent 5 minutes looking at the job before heading back to their van. I kid you not --- 20 minutes later they gave me an estimate to swap out two lavatory faucets and replace two trim kits (one bath faucet & handles and a showerhead & escutcheon & accompanying handle). We had already purchased the new hardware. The bid was $1500.00, but they were willing to knock off $300 (explaining that they were on the phone with the office as the reason it took 20 minutes to write up the estimate). They left, and I did all the work. It took me 3.5 hours. Seriously wacky pricing and just plain unprofessional service.

Great customer service, good workmanship.

Everything was good. I would rate them high on everything. They were prompt and they showed up when they said that they would. They did the work that they said that they would and I have not had any issues with it so I cannot complain. I have actually used them two times. They replaced the water heater for us nine months ago for $300.

Clean out sewer. Replace a couple water lines.

They're very good. They're expensive but they do quality work. The people were all good. They were very professional, efficient, and courteous. I just wish they would charge less.

It was fine. They are reliable. The quality was fine. They are very responsive. It’s really important to have a plumber you can trust.

Two plumbers arrived right on time for the appointment, took care of the tub spout/diverter first. Then examined the drip line that needed service and noticed that the main pressure valve for the house was placed on the "upstream" side (closer to the main water line valve) than the shutoff to the house. They also tested the main pressure valve and determined it wasn't restricting pressure into the house (over 100 p.s.i.). After consulting, and getting an estimate, we approved them replacing the main shutoff, pressure valve and completing the drip line replacement. After doing that work, they checked all water systems in the house, and we mentioned the upstairs toilet seemed to be suffering a slow leak. After consulting more, we had them replace that toilet, which had an air pressure charger, with a new Kohler toilet. The new work was all copper pipe, very precisely installed, and the old toilet was removed and replaced in less than 45 minutes, once the new model was delivered. We are very happy with the much quieter Kohler. The plumbers were both very professional, respectful of our property, and careful to clean up all work areas. We will use Duncan for any future plumbing needs we have.

Fixed one leaking kitchen sink (discovered a day before leaving on a 2 week trip) and one plugged bathroom sink.

Duncan Plumbing was great. They did a great job and were professional and quick. I do plan to use them again when the water heater needs to be switched out. I plan to use them because I really liked them. The guy that came out was very nice. They are a little pricy but you get what you pay for.

The folks showed up on time, even though we are over the hill. The leak from the tub is still being resolved, since we have a very old styled water faucets in the tub and our schedule for noise of a repair is rather tight. The parts were replaced in the water faucets, and it stopped the leak of 5 drops. But there is still a small leak, and we may have to upgrade our water faucets in the tub (but this is still tbd). The glycol for the solar thermal (hot water) was replace, since the manufacture stated it should be 3 years now, instead of every 5 years. We don't remember receiving this change from the mfg of when the fluid should be replaced, but we are glad that it was replaced on schedule.

The employees arrived when they were expected and were very professional. They provided us with an estimate before they started the work and were happy to answer any questions. The work in the kitchen took a short amount of time and was satisfactory. The laundry move, however, did not go as well. The time spent on the job was not a problem, but the quality of the workmanship was below average. The valves were attached to the wall on top of a piece of wood from a pallet (or something of equally bad quality) in plain view. In addition, when they hooked up the washing machine to test for leaks, they did not alert us that one of the hose fittings was broken and just tried to tighten it on as best they could. As a result, water leaked everywhere when we did the first load of laundry. We ended up redoing part of the plumbing to try to hide the valves a bit more and to get rid of the piece of scrap wood and installed a new hose to connect the plumbing to the washer. These are clearly competent people who are relatively easy to schedule under short notice. We might use them again in the future but we will be very careful to provide very specific instructions about how we want things done. Since writing this original review, Duncan Plumbing contacted us to try to fix the issues from the laundry move job. They were very concerned that the work was substandard and wanted to try fix the problems. We had already fixed the issues, but their genuine concern for our satisfaction sends a positive message about the company.

Duncan Plumbing's estimate was expensive. There were lots of different options that we had. They were competent and professional. They recommended we remove our solar tank because it wasn't efficient. Other people disagreed with that.

Once I realized they had fixed it in minutes I felt ripped off, a $150 for a couple of minutes work is not appropriate or IMHO professional. They will never get my business again.

Called on mon as water heater had stopped working. They arrived on tue afternoon, as heater was 20 years old we needed a new one.. They made a recommendation which we took a high end commercial grade heater after discussing options such as tankless heaters. Also decided to install the pump. Expensive but gives us instant hot water at kitchen sink
