I was able to schedule with this company quickly. We had a leak and they came by right way to fix it. The service was good, price seemed high.

I had a clogged main drain coming from the upstairs kitchen down through the house. They cleaned that out. They got the guy out here when I needed him right away. The did a really good job. They were neat and professional. That is why I called them because I have had experience with them before. They did a good job and it was a fair price. I am happy. I will use them again.

Every aspect of the interaction was clear and professional from the first contact through the end. It is nice, after several less satisfactory services with other plumbers, to find a competent plumber who delivers knowledgeable and skilled service on time. I wish it did not have to cost quite so much, but maybe that is the going price for a good plumber.

e apart and thought that it needed replaced and gave me a quote and didn't even charge me. He also checked my shower head and took it apart and there wasn't anything wrong with it, but it did start to work after that.

He quoted me $300 for the work, which was outrageous. So, I didn?t use him and I did the work myself. He was local and he was close to where I live. However, I don?t think it was a reasonable price for clearing a clogged drain. He didn?t even look at it. He just looked at the standing water. He didn?t even know what the clog would have entailed. I was willing to pay more than $100, but not more than. His rate was extremely unreasonable. I think he had a professional truck. He was courteous. I will not use him again in the future.

They were very professional, punctual and neat. All the workers were very courteous and they didn't damage anything, everything was very well done. They were very efficient and they worked fast. If we had a problem, we called them and they came back to take care of it. I think we needed something tightened. I would tell people to get everything in writing and make sure the contract is very specific and clear. I believe they are the best providers of this type of service. I should have been more specfic about my expectations, once the contract is set he will stay true to it. We compared the price to other places and they were on the higher end, but when I did research on the company it was very positive and I felt like it would be worth it for us.

When my house was remodeled several years ago, Duncan Plumbing did the whole house, including the radiant floor heating system. When my washer refused to work, Scott Duncan was in my laundry room that afternoon replacing an errant shut-off valve, for no charge. Though his prices are a little on the high side, you get it back in service and future support. Scott has always followed-up with me on questions I ask, worked with me on complex issues surrounding the design and operation of my heating system (split solar/gas) and periodically checks in on the system when it's due for maintenance.
