He sounds very un interested unless the job is something he can over charge for. I let him know I was familiar with the going rates and he made excuses as to why he charges so much. He also is very flaky as other posts have said. He even has to have someone else advertise for him on craigslist. Its seems There are better places than dealing with the flaky scammer.

The quality of their work is generally very nice. He was very nice and very personable over the phone. It was arranged when he should come and he came right on time. I explained exactly what the job would entail. I asked him if he did simple wood pasture fencing. He said he hadn?t done it lately but had certainly done so in the past. He had brought a wheel to measure. I walked with him out there. It?s a large area on the hillside that used to have my fencing for animals. I had to take the fence down because of a landslide. He didn?t ask me any questions. After I showed him the area I said I?d let him go about the business. He didn?t come and when I looked out the window his truck was gone. He just left and I never heard from him. He didn?t say anything. He apparently didn?t want the job. He left his card, but I did not call him and nothing happened. It was a peculiar experience.

They showed up on time and finished the job as promised. Workmanship was excellent. They were very professional and I would certainly hire them again.

They were reasonable, professional and competent. The job was done in a timely manner. I felt the price was fair and they were the lowest bid out of three companies by far.
