I finally got a hold of him and he made an appointment for the following Friday to do the work. He no showed and no called, I called him back and left a message but he never returned my calls.

He was right on time, replaced the light fixture and saved all the hardware from the previous one so I could donate it. Did a good job and left things clean. Very nice. Would definitely use him again.

Mr Burkhardt did what we requested, as we requested. We had a lot of little problems, like wires that went nowhere, lack of correct grounding, outlets that did not work, and lights that were old and installed incorrectly. Previously, I had called J&M Electric, and the representative of that company did not want to do the job at all -- I would never call J&M again! Burkhardt was very responsive, and he cleaned up all the mess created. Even after I wrote him a check for his services, my wife requested some additional wiring removal and he did it at no charge. His prices are very good, and compared to other electricians, he is cheap. The only complaint is that he is a bit overworked and was not able to meet all of his appointment obligations exactly on time; there were some postponements. And he has not enough clerical help.

They never got back to me. What happened to my $49.

He is a good guy. He is very knowledgeable and he does a good job. He is a very good electrician and handyman. I bought a coupon originally. We waited three or four weeks. That was a mutual understanding. He came by very quickly and he fixed it. It was a very small job. He just needed to disconnect something in the panel. He replied within the first day. Like all contractors, he had hundreds of jobs. We had him here a week or two ago. He was here a total of three times. The price was fantastic. He really knew what he was talking about. The price was excellent! It sounded like he would charge less than other plumbers as we are considering putting in a new toilet. He came when expected. I was wishy washy and he wasn't. He was very punctual. He was very professional. He was a very good man.

Contacted him by form and he stated that he was too busy and unable to make an appointment to complete work.

It went very well he willingly did everything o asked

I think he was just swamped with this Big Deal and was unable to accomodate in me a timely manner.

Sam was on time; a good electrician & everything is how working as it should.
