Bio Clean Carpet Cleaning

I have about 12 oriental rugs (nice ones, but, not museum quality). Eleven of them are wool. Many of them were pretty dirty and had some animal stains. After talking to at least five carpet cleaners, on the phone, about their methods of cleaning, including the chemicals they use and approximate cost. I was really amazed to find that all of them insisted that the rugs had to be brought into their shops to be cleaned and their prices were astronomical. Then I found Bio Clean Carpet Cleaning. They are a and quot;greenand quot; company, which does not use any harmful chemicals and the carpets dry quickly. Still I was concerned for my rugs, but Tony assured me that he had been in the business for 10 years and in that time he had cleaned many oriental rugs with his method and had never had a bad result. Also, he said he would clean the rugs in our home the next day. He quoted a very reasonable price and guaranteed 100% satisfaction with their work. He and his cousin, Israel, came the next morning, right on time, and set to work. They worked efficiently and quickly. They were very pleasant and very anxious to impress me with their work and their method of cleaning. The rugs were transformed into their original brilliant colors immediately. The dyes did not run at all, the process was odorless and the rugs dried beautifully. The only rug, which still has some stains is one which we knew beforehand, would have stains remaining. It is the one, which our three small dogs decided was the preferred place to go when it is cold and wet outside. However, all the odor is gone now and people will only notice the stains by close examination. This is a family business and besides rugs, carpets, and upholstery cleaning, they also clean windows, pressure wash the exterior of houses, paint interiors and exteriors, and assist real estate agents in preparing homes for sale. They were great. They were prompt and very conscientious. They got fans so that it would all dry. They were responsible and really careful about everything. The stuff they use didn't seem to have terrible chemical odor or anything like that so it was very pleasant. It was excellent. They got a lot of spots out.
